Message from Owner

Hello there, My name is Starbucks, you can call me Buck. I'm the oldest of 5 siblings, the others are Shogun, Katsu, Anvil, and Jeedy. We have captured and enslaved 4 humans, then took over and remodeled their home to be a 5-star cat hotel. It's almost too easy, all we have to do is be cute and adorable, and the humans are falling head over heels for us.

Once we got the house, we put on our architect hats and came up with our own design. With cat instincts at heart, we make the rooms comfortable, clean, serene, safe, and secure.

Since Mr.Tiger and Mr.Lion has always been the biggest idols of our kind, we have created a mini-jungle around the hotel so our friends/guests can have a taste of nature; the smell of the earth, grass, trees, wind, and sunlight. You can run around, bath in the sun, enjoy chattering at birds, lizards, squirrels, or just chill.

We are an exquisite species which require maximum comfort and pampering. That is why we have arranged for 24-hour human service at Catdominium, because it is imperative that we always get what we want!

Welcome to Catdominium: Cat Garden Hotel. Designed to fit cat lifestyle; multi-story living area with lots of hiding spaces so they can feel safe and have some privacy while being away from home. All rooms are air-conditioned with airy door for better circulation

Aside from the front terrace designated for Play Area, we also have an enclosed mini-garden for the cats to stretch and exercise. There is no intermingle policy at Catdominium, so guests from different homes will take turn playing in each area.

We keep the rooms clean during a cat's stay, and sterilized thoroughly before the new arrival checks in. We also communicate via Line application to keep you updated on your pet's daily activity.

When life happens and required your attention, please let us assist in taking good care of your beloved cat(s) in your stead. We are looking forward to servicing you. All the best.

Terms & Conditions @ Catdominium : Cat Garden Hotel

Booking and Delivery of cat to Catdominium constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

Only Domesticated cat of at least 4 months old will be accepted
Kitten 9 months and over must be spayed/neutered
Must have all required vaccinations, be in good health, free of fleas, does not have any medical condition or disease, and not in last stages of pregnancy
We are open by appointment only between the hours of 9:00 - 18:00 (9am to 6pm) daily. With prior notice, we will make every effort to accommodate Collection & Delivery outside regular hours
For security reasons, absolutely NO Walk-ins are allowed.
In the unfortunate event of your cat becoming ill during a stay, we will make all reasonable efforts to contact the owner, and arrange for Vet visits if necessary. Any veterinary expenses are to the account of the owner.

Pet abandonment is a crime in Thailand under "the Animal Cruelty Prevention and Animal Welfare Provision Act, 2557 BE"

Cats will be assumed abandoned if not picked up at agreed appointment time and you have not contacted us to make new arrangements. Make no mistake, we WILL press charges, and pursue all available legal venues against the owner, plus you will still be held liable for all costs incurred throughout the process

Reservation & Payment

-> Please do not hesitate to call us at short notice, or in an emergency situation, we will try and accommodate you where possible <-

Check availability or make a booking via any available channels at your convenience
All reservations must be guaranteed with ½ (half) of your boarding fees at the time of reservation. No guarantee is made for the availability of a particular date unless a reservation is secured. We take Cash, or Bank transfer to the following accounts only (In case of Bank transfer, please also notify us of your payment)

The remainder payment is due at the time of reception (upon dropping off your pet)

Deposit may be fully refunded if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to planned arrival date. Otherwise, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total deposit
Picking up pet ahead of schedule incurrs a penalty of 50% of the boarding fees of the remaining days
Please notify us immediately to arrange extended stays, and make a payment within 24 hours (Subject to space availability, your pet may be temporarily transferred to a spare room until regular one becomes available)

Boarding Checklist

Important: Items marked with an asterisk (*) are required to avoid refusal. No animal will be admitted that has symptoms of illness either
Copy of owner's ID AND copy of courier's ID (if not the same person)
Vaccination Certificate of each cat (return at pick-up)
Enough Cat food to cover the boarding period (or buy from us for THB 40.- per cat per day)
Enough Cat Litter to cover the boarding period (or buy from us for THB 100.- per 5-liter bag)
Feel free to pack your cat's favorite toys, a blanket, or an article of yours such as a T-shirt; articles from home are comforting for your cat during their stay (no need to bring litter box or water/food dish, these are provided free of charge)
