This has always been our motto, and even though we’ve moved to a new location, our intention remains the same:
We want every cat in our care to stay close to nature — not just inside an air-conditioned room.

We understand that each cat has a unique personality and preference.
That’s why we designed our rooms to offer a balanced blend of cozy indoor comfort and natural outdoor charm.
Our facilities include air-conditioned rooms, breezy terraces, and lush green corners — allowing every cat to choose the space they feel most comfortable in, free to relax and explore while their humans are away.

To ensure close, attentive care, we limit our hotel to just ** 10 spacious rooms **.
Each room gives cats the freedom to climb, jump, play, and rest — just like a relaxing vacation at a feline resort.
Every space is thoughtfully designed with fun and stimulating climbing areas to turn their stay into a little adventure in ** Catdo Land ** — a wonderland created just for them.
You can be confident that your beloved companions will have a joyful, active, and fulfilling time here.

Over the years, we’ve seen many cats become friends during their stay.
Some return often and instantly recognize their playmates — they eat, play, and nap together like old friends reuniting on holiday.
It's a heartwarming little cat community that keeps growing with every visit.

Of course, every cat is different. Some are shy, sensitive, or prefer solitude — and that’s perfectly okay.
We make sure they have quiet, undisturbed spaces where they can feel safe and calm.
If your cats are more comfortable only with their own family and prefer not to meet others, we’ll arrange separate playtime and private areas to suit their needs.

At Catdo, your peace of mind and your cat’s safety are our top priorities.
We care deeply and attentively for every guest, every step of the way.


Daily Updates


We send update once daily between 4:00 – 5:00 PM., either in the form of photo(s) or video(s) of your cat(s) via LINE Official or Whatsapp so you can stay closely connected to their daily activities and well-being.

24/7 CCTV Surveillance


Our entire hotel is monitored by CCTV cameras around the clock , ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Cleanliness & Hygiene


Rooms and equipment are cleaned daily
We use gentle, cat-safe cleaning products
Rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every new guest checks in

Access Control


Only pet parents or pre-approved visitors are allowed into the cat zone
Walk-ins or general visitors are not permitted, for the safety and comfort of all guests

  • Medication administration
        If your cat is unwell or needs special medical care, we recommend boarding them at a nearby veterinary hospital where they can receive proper attention from professionals.

Booking Terms & Conditions

To ensure safety, happiness, and comfort of all cats in our care — as well as your peace of mind —
we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policies :


  • Booking Options
    We welcome both short-term and long-term stays :
    • Short stay : Minimum ** 2 nights **
    • Long stay : Up to ** 1 year **
    • Quarantine stay : ** 3–4 months ** (for overseas relocation)

  • Age & Lifestyle Requirements
    • Cats must be 4 months of age, or older
    • Indoor Cats Only
    • Not currently pregnant

  • Spaying/Neutering
    • All cats aged 8 months and older must be spayed or neutered

  • Vaccinations & Health
    • Cats must be fully vaccinated and up to date on :
      • Rabies vaccine
      • Feline combination vaccine (FVRCP)
                We recommend  applying a flea/tick treatment before check-in
    • Cats must be in good health and free of contagious conditions, such as :
      • skin infections
      • ringworm
      • fleas, etc.

  • Operating Hours
    • Open daily from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Open by Appointment Only
    • As our cat hotel is located in a private residence, "Appointment is Required" for every visit.

      •   Absolutely NO WALK-INs!

  • Check-in / Check-out Schedule
    • Please pick up or drop off your cat(s) between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
        Outside hours may be arranged on a case by case basis

  • Shared Play Area
    • Most cats enjoy interacting with one another. When possible, we allow shared time in the communal play area
    • Each cat will be carefully assessed prior to accessing a shared space; we do not force interactions; a separate play time will be arranged as needed
    • Most importantly, shared play is optional and done only with owner’s consent

  • Acclimation Period
    • A new environment may cause stress, especially in the first 1–3 days.
        Signs may include loss of appetite, hiding, or not using a litter box
    • Most cats take 1–7 days to acclimate
    • Kittens usually adapt faster than adult cats
    • Cats who ; came from a single-cat household; have never interacted with other cats; or have never stayed in a cat hotel - may take longer, sometimes weeks, to adjust to a new environment
    • We do our best to help each cat feel safe, secure, and at ease during a stay

  • Understanding & Agreement
    • We promise to care for your cat(s) with the utmost love and responsibility. However, years of experience has taught us; like all living beings, cats can experience sudden illness, unknown conditions, or accidents — even under careful supervision.
      We kindly ask that you understand and accept this risk before choosing our service.

  • Emergency Vet Visits
    • In an unlikely event that your cat becomes ill during their stay;
        We will notify you immediately and will bring them to a vet ASAP (all hours)
    • All veterinary fees will be charged according to the original receipts from the clinic or hospital

Booking & Payment


To ensure a smooth booking experience, and peace of mind for both cat parents and their beloved cats,
please see our booking steps and required documents below :

  Check Room Availability



Once we receive this information and confirm availability, we will send you a quotation for your review.


 

Step 2
 
  Confirm Booking with a Deposit


After reviewing the quotation, please transfer 50% of the total amount to the provided account to confirm your booking.
Rooms are not reserved until a deposit is confirmed, and all documents have been reviewed (see Step 3)


Step 3
 
  Submit Required Documents


To ensure safety and proper registration, please send the following via LINE Official or Whatsapp



Step 4
 
  Receive Booking Confirmation Receipt


Once we verify all documents, we will issue a deposit receipt to confirm your booking.


Step 5
 
  Settle Remaining Balance


Please pay the remaining 50% balance upon check-in to complete the booking process.


Step 6
 
  New Client(s) Check-In


For first-time stays, we recommend that cat parents bring their cat in personally.
Your presence will help your cat feel safe and at ease on their first day.

Booking Cancellation Policy


  • Cancellation Notice
    • At least 7 days notice prior to the check-in date is required, to receive a full refund of your deposit.
    • For cancellations made less than 7 days in advance, 50% of the deposit will be withheld as a cancellation fee.

  • Early Check-Out
    • If your cat leaves the hotel earlier than the reserved dates, we reserve the right to withhold 50% of the remaining unused room fees as a loss of opportunity.

  • Extending the Stay
    • If you wish to extend your cat’s stay beyond the original booking period, please inform us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements accordingly.
    • If all rooms are fully booked during the extension period, when applicable, we will arrange a temporary room and move your cat back to their original room as soon as it becomes available.
    • Full payment for the extended stay is required immediately upon confirmation.

What to Bring on Check-in Day


 

To help your cat feel safe and comfortable in a new environment,
we kindly recommend bringing the following items on check-in day :


 
  • Your cat’s regular food and treats
    • We suggest bringing the food and snacks your cat is used to.
        If it’s not convenient, you may opt for our all-inclusive meal package at 50 THB/day per cat,
        which includes dry food, wet food, and treats in appropriate daily portions.
    • A variety of cat food and treats are also available for purchase in our customer lounge.

    •  
  • Your cat’s usual litter
    • Familiar scents and textures help your cat feel more secure.
        You are welcome to bring your preferred litter brand.
    • If needed, we also offer a selection of litter types, including bentonite, tofu, and volcanic litter.

    •  
  • Personal items, toys, or familiar belongings
    • Such as blankets, beds, or even a T-shirt or towel with your scent — these can help your cat adjust more easily.
    • If your cat drinks from a water fountain, feel free to bring it along — power outlets are available in all rooms.

  • We also provide basic essentials at no extra charge, including :
    • Clean drinking water from a 7-stage filtration system
    • Food and water bowls
    • Litter box
    • Cat bed and multi-purpose linens

Pet Abandonment Policy

At our cat hotel, the well-being of all animals is our top priority.
We kindly ask that all guests treat their pets with love, compassion, and a strong sense of responsibility.
 
If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a guest has booked a stay with the intent to abandon their pet,
or if there are signs that suggest an intention not to collect their cat after the stay,
we reserve the right to take immediate legal action under the Cruelty Prevention and Animal Welfare Act B.E. 2557 (2014)
 
In such cases, the hotel will arrange to return the cat to the owner's registered address.
All costs incurred in doing so will be the full responsibility of the owner.
 
We are committed to pursuing all available legal avenues against anyone who abandons their pet irresponsibly.
Every pet is a living being — with feelings, bonds, and a need for ongoing care.
